Commitment to Your Safety

Virtual Appointments/Consultations will be used whenever possible/appropriate for certain follow-ups.

All exam rooms as always will be cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between each patient and after the final patient of the day. For treatments rooms appropriate disinfecting substances that meet the EPA criteria will be used. The germicidal is for use on any surface which comes into contact with a patient, such as bed, equipment, and counters.

For each entrance and common area of the office, alcohol-based hand sanitizers for hand hygiene will be made available for patient and staff and should be used after touching your face and before and after interacting with any shared surfaces.

The following areas are given extra consideration and disinfecting and sanitized throughout the day:

  • Doorknobs
  • Counters
  • Writing utensils shared by persons
  • Kiosks (computers, iPads, touchscreens)
  • Credit card machines
  • Clipboards
  • Bathroom facilities
  • Waiting room furniture and surfaces (chairs, tables, arm rests)
  • Refreshment stations
  • Retail and sample areas accessible to patients

We are limiting the number of patients who are allowed inside our clinic at one time. No visitors are allowed at this time.

When you arrive in our parking lot, please let us know you have arrived.  Please remain in your vehicle until we notify you to enter the practice for your appointment time.

Employees perform a daily self-screening before coming to work. Only healthy, symptom-free employees are permitted in the office. Symptomatic or exposed staff remain home for 14 days or until they receive negative test result.

Inside the building, masks must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times; however, it may be removed to perform your treatment.

Our staff are fully equipped with properly worn masks at all times. Gloves will be worn when appropriate.

We have introduced as many no-touch protocols as we can to limit infection.

Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive a COVID-19 related pre-screening questionnaire & consent for treatment inside of your Patient Dashboard. It is imperative you complete the questionnaire, consent forms, and credit card information prior to entering our practice to limit contact between patients and employees.

Vomiting or Diarrhea in the last 24 hours

Shortness of Breath in the past 14 days

Any contact with someone with a confirmed positive COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days
